Screening AI that runs on encrypted data

This server runs a diabetic-retinopathy screening model on data encrypted with fully homomorphic encryption (CKKS). Clinics encrypt on their own device and keep the secret key. This server computes on ciphertext only: it never sees an image, a score or a decision, and it holds no secret keys.

There is nothing to sign in to here. The API is for invited evaluators: each receives a personal access token from Pacton and runs the clinic app on their own laptop, so their keys never leave their device.

Research prototype on public data: screening support, not a diagnosis. Not a medical device.
